Rules only work when guests see them
A rule that was read once at booking and forgotten by arrival does not help anyone. A guest page brings the rules back at the moment they matter, in the same place as the check-in steps and the Wi-Fi password.
Write them for a guest, not a contract
Short, specific and friendly: “Quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM” works better than a paragraph of conditions. Save the legal wording for the listing and keep the guest page practical.
