No. The page opens in any mobile browser, so guests do not have to install anything or create an account.

Can I include emergency numbers for the area?

Yes. You can list local emergency numbers and essential contacts, with a button to call them directly.

What if the Wi-Fi at the house is down?

The page needs a connection to open. Once it is open it stays readable if the connection drops, as long as the guest keeps it open. We recommend also leaving the Wi-Fi name, password and your phone number on a printed card in the house.
