The home is fully equipped with air conditioning for both cooling and heating. You will find the control panel mounted on the wall near the front door.
Your assigned parking space is #68 in the garage.
The washing machine can be found in the kitchen, tucked away behind a kitchen cabinet. Laundry tablets, clothes pegs and a drying rack are provided in the apartment.
There are two bathrooms in the home: one features a bathtub, the other a walk-in shower. Each guest is provided with a set of towels.
It is forbidden to place household garbage bags in public trash bins. Garbage and cardboard must not be left in common areas or nearby premises. There are designated waste container points in the area.

The pool is open daily from 07:00 to 22:00. Please note the following rules:
- Do not leave towels or personal belongings at the pool when not present.
- Food is not allowed in the pool area.
- Hanging towels or clothing on the terraces is not permitted.
Access to the gym is reserved for the property owners and tenants of the community. The gym is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
The use of a towel is mandatory, and food and beverages are not allowed in the gym.
Security is available on-site 24/7 to ensure safety throughout the urbanization.
